The Whitsunday kayaking adventure gives a unique opportunity to holiday while enjoying the serenity of the area, camping on the pristine islands and exploring one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Our nine-day sojourn comprises two nights at Airlie Beach and six nights on the islands, and seven days of kayaking around the breathtaking Whitsunday and Hook Island groups, visiting a number of different destinations.

From our Whitehaven Beach and Maureen's Cove base camps we will be doing multiple day trips, including Hill Inlet, Toungue Point, Katies Beach, Crayfish Beach, Blue Pearl Bay and Steens Beach.

During the journey we set up the camps and you will be waited on with this fully catered holiday, all the while enjoying the beautiful weather, sparkling blue water, unforgettable sunsets and stunning scenery.

Our commercial permits allow us to explore both the reef and the unspoilt national parks of this world heritage area, paddling to secluded beaches and snorkeling in incredible destinations such as Blue Pearl Bay.

The trip includes:
- transfers to and from Proserpine airport
- two nights resort style accommodation at Airlie Beach
- six nights camping on the islands
- three barge transfers
- all food
- all camping equipment
- kayaks, pfds, paddles and safety equipment
- plan b rash shirt and hat
- instructors
- National Park permits, Great Barrier Reef Marine Park permits and reef tax
- celebration dinner back on the mainland
- pre information and paddling session

While plan b fitness' core business is fitness, the Whitsunday Kayaking Adventure is a HOLIDAY. It is not a week of fitness training or a boot camp. The kayaking is leisurely and the destinations and activities are designed to be relaxing.
