About Our Trainers - Bec Short

I know exactly what it is like to participate in competitive sport, and challenge my body, through outdoor adventure races, kayaking and competing at an elite sporting level.

But most importantly, I have the training methods to help you achiev your goals.

My degree in sport science (human movement) and certificates 3 and 4 in fitness (AIF) provide me with a practical and scientific knowledge for your programming and sessions.

This, combined with over nine years of personal training experience and my passion for helping others, is the answer to the challenges you may be facing in your quest for health and fitness.

Whether it is weight loss, toning up, increasing fitness, decreasing stress levels or just looking for a competitive edge, plan b is the answer.

I look forward to challenging, educating, motivating and guiding you to a level you would have never thought possible.
