Swimming Fitness

plan b fitness is now offering swimming fitness sessions.

The plan b swim sessions are open to anyone, whether you'd like to add something different to your fitness training or improve your swimming skills.

And we cater for all levels of fitness and ability. From those wanting to learn the basics to others training for a triathlon or event.

Swimming is a great way to increase your fitness with little impact on the body and at the very least we believe is an essential skill to be able to swim competently.

So whether you're looking to improve your swimming a little or are training for an ironman, the plan b fitness swimming sessions are a great way to get into the water with other like minded clients.
