Plan b fitness has a special offer for facebook followers who are interested in our B Outdoors sessions.
“B Outdoors”, outdoor group fitness at the beach at Somerton Park, has produced some amazing results over the last eight years and we’re hoping to add some more throughout the year.
Friday mornings weather will be perfect and we're making available two spots in the session for free for the first two to claim the facebook offer (*conditions apply).

Bridal Blitz Package
Are you a bride to be or in a bridal party and want to look your best for the wedding?
plan b fitness has introduced a special Bridal Blitz package spanning two months to have you feeling great for the big day.
The package consists of 24 sessions of either our “b outdoors” program or indoors in our gym groups at the plan b studio.
That’s three sessions a week for two months for the special price of $500, or just $20 per session.
And you’ll also get a one hour nutrition consultation and plan with our nutritionist, valued at $150, as part of the Bridal Blitz package.
Prior to beginning your sessions you will sit down with our expert trainers and nutritionist to outline your goals.
Then armed with your eating plan for the next two months we’ll have you burning through the calories.
Wedding photos last a lifetime and it’s not only about how you look but more importantly how you feel.
