Achieving your goals!

As the first official Plan b fitness week of 2014 draws near to a close I reflect on how well both the existing and new Plan b clients have done.
 
Everyone is into the full swing of their sessions with motivation high and all with very focused goals and targets for the year ahead.
 
One of the most common things I hear daily is that time goes so fast, where has time gone? Yes, this is true to some extent but time doesn’t ever change. It is what we allocate our time to that determines how “quick or slow it goes”.

It is important to remember to utilise every single day and this couldn’t be truer when it comes to exercise and your health.

Each day you spend wishing or wanting to achieve a goal, but don’t actually do anything about it, is another day you have wasted that you won’t get back. But the important thing is to not regret but get out and get started, use every day as an opportunity to achieve your goals.

No matter how big or small, or what hurdles you have as long as you are doing them you are achieving.

The good news is Plan b is here and is ready to help you.
