b adventure - extended training sessions 2012

The "b adventure" series are extended training sessions for anyone interested in an outdoor workout. They are aimed at anyone training for City To Bay, Trailblazer, triathlons, the Anaconda Adventure race or anyone just wanting some fresh air and something different. They are open to anyone and all fitness levels are catered for - you do as much or as little as you like. The series will run for the next four months and is just $20 for a two hour session.
